12 week programme starting October, January or April (subject to minimum numbers)
+ Train on Teignmouth prom with Becky Mondays 9.30-10.30 am and/or Rob Wednesday 6-7pm
Start with walking building up slowly and safely to short jogs with times extending to runs as your stamina improves. No competition and everyone progresses at own pace. Always using warm up and cool down exercises - Plenty of fun and chats as you train
T shirts issued after week 6 - as you have graduated from Couch to jog (see pic)
After 12 weeks your aim is to join the Teignmouth parkrun as a group which happens on the prom every Saturday at 9 am.
